Carefully repack your items in their original protective crating and packaging to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Logistics & Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized furniture courier to collect the item from your location at a scheduled time.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our artisans inspect the returned piece for integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus shipping fees.
